Sessions are entirely private, custom video consultations mapped around your actual career schedule. Bring your dreams, struggles, passions and hopes to your mentor and let them help you. Of course! We believe that your mentor should be an excellent match for you. Learn more about our mentors on our Meet the Team page. In the first mentorship session your mentor will get to know you better & verify they are a good fit. They will also ask about your learning style, communication preferences & desired method of feedback.
Not at all. Whether you are a new grad or seasoned - we all desire growth and it is very difficult to grow in a vacuum. Mentorship is a perfect way to grow professionally whether you are changing clinical settings, facing burn-out, stuck in a rut or simply wish to initiate a professional growth spurt. We are here for you!
Sure do! We are proud to be founded by a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists and Board-Certified Orthopedic Specialist. We have multiple Fellows and specialists as mentors. We will be happy to work with your program to set up mentorship with us, maintain their individual mentorship standards and ensure you succeed. It is worth noting though with higher expectations comes a higher cost. Specialist mentors will likely charge more per session for Residency or Fellowship mentorship hours. Review our Meet the Team page to see who is the best fit for you!
Not at all! We are proud to have elite mentors from every setting of PT. Check out each mentor's experience and specialty on the Meet the Team page.
Certainly! We would be happy to help your team grow to provide exceptional care to their patient and communities, as well as prevent burn-out. Use the Contact Us page for group pricing.
That entirely depends on your goals. CEUs are great to learn new techniques & broaden your PT understanding one piece at at time. However, Verdant Mentorship is designed to promote your individual growth.
Great question! That depends on your individual state. Some states allow a certain amount of their required CEUs, while others do not. It is best to check with your state practice act and then contact us. We will be happy to facilitate you counting high quality mentorship as CEUs if possible.
At Verdant Mentorship we believe that in-person mentorship is ideal. If you have access to an awesome local mentor - do that! However, we also recognize that not everyone has access to high-quality mentorship. This is why Verdant Mentorship was founded. We are here to help you expand your professional growth.
